What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the execution of the training services contract when you sign up for one of our training programs, such as classes or online courses, or purchase any of our products or courses from the online store. In the case of sending commercial communications about our courses, offers, or promotions, the legal basis for processing your personal data is the consent you have given to CAMBRIDGE INSTITUTE.

How long will your data be retained?

The data will be retained for the duration of the processing for which it was collected or gathered. In any case, your personal data may be retained thereafter as long as processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation and/or to formulate, exercise, or defend legal claims.

To which recipients will we share your data?

We will not share your personal information with anyone except to comply with a legal obligation or if we have your express authorization. CAMBRIDGE INSTITUTE does not plan to make international data transfers. What if a minor accesses the website?

In general, the WEBSITE will not process, with reliable knowledge, personal information of minors under fourteen (14) years of age.
